Atomfair OilDetect 369 Fully Automatic Infrared Oil Analyzer is a professional instrument specially designed for the measurement of oil, petroleum hydrocarbons, animal and vegetable oils in water. Developed in accordance with relevant international testing standards, it has the advantages of stable performance, high measurement accuracy and fast detection speed. It is widely used in laboratories, third-party testing institutions, research institutes, sewage treatment plants and other scenarios in petroleum, petrochemical, smelting, environmental protection, hydrology and water conservancy industries, providing efficient and reliable solutions for various water quality oil content detection.
Working Principle
Based on the principle of like dissolves like, oil substances in water are extracted into tetrachloroethylene, and oil measurement is realized after oil-water separation; petroleum hydrocarbons measurement can be completed after oil substances pass through the magnesium silicate adsorption column. Oil substances have absorption characteristics at the spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930cm⁻¹ (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH₂ group), 2960cm⁻¹ (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH₃ group) and 3030cm⁻¹ (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic hydrocarbons). The instrument conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of oil substances by utilizing the absorption and conversion of spectral energy.

Fully Automatic Operation: Automatically complete the whole process operations such as tetrachloroethylene purity inspection, extractant addition, liquid-liquid extraction, oil-water separation, animal and vegetable oil separation, oil measurement, pipeline cleaning and automatic reagent recovery, without excessive manual intervention.
Multi-parameter Synchronous Measurement: Support simultaneous or separate measurement of three parameters: total oil, petroleum hydrocarbons, animal and vegetable oils. Adopt three-wave number correction coefficient method without additional standard curve drawing.
Flexible Sample Processing: Freely set 1-N sample positions and support discontinuous measurement; equipped with special sampling bottles, the volume can be read directly, samples can be directly loaded for extraction without secondary transfer.
Rapid Analysis: The whole detection process only takes about 10 minutes, and the extraction efficiency is more than 98%, which greatly improves the detection efficiency.
Adapt to Complex Water Quality: Applicable to various high-impurity water quality, can be directly tested on the machine without manual pretreatment and filtration; for high-concentration samples, when the detection result exceeds the threshold, the instrument will automatically dilute by a fixed multiple to ensure measurement accuracy.
