Usage Recommendation
It is recommended to vacuum dry at 80°C for 2 hours to remove adsorbed water before use.
Operating Specifications (Glove Box Environment)
- Environment Preparation: Glove box filled with high-purity nitrogen/argon (H₂O & O₂ < 0.1ppm), equipment in normal operation, and clean operating table;
- Weighing & Proportioning: Weigh with a balance of 0.1mg precision (avoid vibration); store the mixture in a water-free and dust-free container, anti-static;
- Sealing Process: Transfer powder using high-purity low oxygen permeability sample bottles/aluminum foil bags, seal with spiral caps with O-rings; wrap the outer layer with PTFE tape/aluminum foil tape in multiple layers, and add anti-static bags/aluminum-plastic composite film for protection.
