Product Overview

Atomfair IR-Oil 620 is a professional oil analyzer developed in accordance with international testing standards, featuring long optical path, high resolution, light weight, fast detection speed, excellent stability and high signal-to-noise ratio. It is suitable for the determination of petroleum, animal and vegetable oils in industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, oil fume, oil mist and soil, providing accurate and reliable detection solutions for environmental testing, water quality monitoring, soil analysis and other scenarios.

1. Excellent Stable Performance: Adopt cast aluminum alloy base with long-term stress aging treatment to ensure stable operation of the instrument. 2. Accurate and Efficient Detection: Equipped with precision wave number scanning mechanism, adopting horizontal and rotary dual wave number positioning with positioning accuracy < 1 wave number. Real-time automatic zero adjustment function automatically collects signals and adjusts zero point when the light source flashes, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Full wave number measurement with real-time spectrum display for users to fully grasp sample information. Equipped with proprietary oil testing software (software copyright applied), integrating spectrum scanning, analysis, calculation and storage to simplify the operation process.

4. Flexible Expansion Capability: Support upgrade to fully automatic infrared oil analyzer. After upgrading, it can automatically complete the whole process of tetrachloroethylene purity inspection, extractant addition, liquid-liquid extraction, oil-water separation, animal and vegetable oil separation, oil measurement, pipeline cleaning and automatic reagent recovery, adapting to more scenario requirements.

5. Excellent Optical Performance: Pre-integrated narrow-band active filter and digital phase-locked amplifier significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio, making the detection results more accurate and the instrument performance more stable.
