Description

Inconel 718 Nickel-Based Alloy Powder

1. Product Overview

Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy additive manufacturing metal powder can be used to prepare Inconel 718 alloy components through additive manufacturing (3D printing) processes. This alloy is a nickel-chromium-based alloy with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, with a service temperature range of -253℃~705℃ (-423℉~1300℉). As an age-hardenable alloy, it is easy to process and form complex structural parts, has outstanding welding performance, and also has good tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep and fracture strength, combining machinability and corrosion resistance with excellent comprehensive properties.
