Product Overview
Adopt the continuous slitting process for two or more rolls of material, equipped with a precision tool holder to achieve ultra-high precision slitting of foil materials. It is widely used in lithium battery, metal foil, optical film and other functional film industries.

- High slitting width precision, with burr-free, wave-free and indentation-free finished products.
- Adjustable cutting depth and customizable ratio of knife speed to material linear speed.
- Adapt to slitting of materials with different textures and thicknesses by adjusting the feeding and discharging angles.
- Single vertical plate structure with independent tool holder and built-in dust removal device; upper and lower circular knife structure, slitting width adjustable by replacing spacers.
- Automatic winding tension control, the tension of upper and lower shafts can be independently adjusted within 50N.
- PLC control and HMI operation for easy and convenient operation.
