Application

Disperse Red 60 is primarily used as a dye for synthetic fibers, especially polyester and acetate fabrics, due to its excellent dispersion properties. It is applied in high-temperature dye baths (130ยฐC) for optimal fiber penetration and color yield. The dye is also utilized in plastics coloration and ink formulations where a stable red pigment is required. Its resistance to sublimation makes it suitable for heat-transfer printing applications.
