Product Description

The positive and negative electrodes are manually fed into the winding section, interleaved with separator, and wound according to process requirements. The machine automatically applies termination tape and discharges the finished cells.

• Adopts a single-needle opposite-penetration winding needle structure for high winding stability.
• Manual electrode feeding with automatic winding, needle changing, termination tape application, and cell discharging, greatly improving operation efficiency.
• Termination tape is applied transversely (perpendicular to the tabs), ensuring flat and precisely positioned application without stretching the cell, delivering stable and reliable taping results.
• Winding speed is flexibly adjustable to meet different production processes.
• Dual active separator unwinding with tension proximity switch control; tension is automatically and smoothly adjusted during winding, with independent upper and lower tension control to ensure winding quality.
• Supports separator outer-wrap finishing for improved cell regularity.
• Finished cells are free from damage, core extraction, and electrode misalignment, meeting quality standards.
• User-friendly operation with simple and fast specification adjustment and changeover, reducing manual operation difficulty.

Under qualified material conditions, the machine achieves the following precision:

• Separator alignment error ≤ ±0.5mm
• Electrode alignment error ≤ ±0.5mm
• Supports negative electrode wrapping positive electrode and separator wrapping negative electrode; finished cell cross-section alignment ≤ ±0.5mm
