Product Overview

Atomfair-CRP8866 Continuous Roller Press is a high-precision sheet and coil rolling equipment, which is mainly used in the rolling process of positive and negative electrodes in the lithium-ion battery industry. It can stably realize high-precision rolling of electrode sheets and provide a reliable guarantee for the core performance of batteries.

Functional Features

High-Precision Integral Housing

Adopts integral cast rigid structure of 45# steel (or QT500), equipped with adjustable support block anti-backlash device, easy to complete high-precision assembly, and has excellent rolling precision performance; the equipment has small deformation and stable rigid state, while taking into account the convenience of disassembly and assembly and the convenience of later maintenance.

Short-Distance Vibration Damping Design

Through structural optimization design, the transmission path of rolling pressure during the rolling of battery electrode sheets is shortened to the maximum extent, which effectively improves the rigidity of the rolling mill and ensures the stable development of seam rolling process and the rolling precision of electrode sheets; the symmetrical gap adjustment design is adopted, which can accurately ensure the uniform thickness of the rolled electrode sheets.

Deep Hardening Process

Adopts induction hardening process, scientifically matches the alloy content, roll surface hardness and non-attenuating hardness layer thickness, to ensure that the surface quenching hardness of the roll body reaches HRC≥65, and the non-attenuating hardness layer thickness can reach 8~12mm. Compared with the conventional integral hardening process in the industry, it can completely solve the pain points of roll surface hardness lower than HRC65, thin hardness layer and hardness attenuating from outside to inside.

Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System

Equipped with variable frequency governor, it can realize free setting of rotating speed from 0 to 5 revolutions per minute, support online real-time speed regulation and clear display of rotating speed, can flexibly adapt to different rolling process requirements, and has convenient and efficient operation.

Electric Boost System

The maximum pre-pressure of the electric boost system can reach 150 tons, the double hydraulic cylinders can realize synchronous advance and retreat, equipped with clear pressure display function, taking into account the convenience of operation, pressure stability and use safety, to ensure the efficient and orderly development of the rolling process.
