4. Working Process
1. Pre-leaching: Add a certain concentration of pre-leaching solution to the loaded gold carbon particles and heat to above 90°C, then discharge the pre-leaching solution.
2. Rinse: Use deionized water to rinse the pre-leached loaded gold carbon to elute the gold cyanide complex anions (Au(CN)₂⁻).
3. Gold Precipitation: Add the special chemical reagent (GSR) to the desorbed precious liquid for reaction and precipitation to obtain gold sludge, which can be further processed into gold ingots.
5. Application Scenarios
Specialized for the rapid desorption and extraction of loaded gold carbon obtained from heap leaching, tank leaching, and carbon-in-pulp (CIP) processes in gold mines. It replaces traditional processes requiring electrolysis, simplifying operations and reducing losses, making it an ideal choice for gold mining enterprises worldwide.
