Product Overview

Atomfair-BD3690 Button Battery Die Cutter is an independently developed patented product, specially designed for punching and blanking processes. Equipped with different specifications of molds, it can perform punching, blanking and other processes on thin sheet materials. Compact in design, flexible and convenient to use, it is very suitable for die cutting and blanking on battery positive/negative electrode sheets, separator paper and other materials with a thickness of 0.005~0.5mm.

Functional Features

1. The upper punch mold adopts high-precision slide rail guidance, ensuring high punching precision without burrs or indentations.
2. Mold replacement is fast and accurate without mold alignment, avoiding possible mold damage caused by difficult mold installation of ordinary punching and slicing machines.
3. Capable of punching various battery materials with a thickness of 0.005-0.5mm.
4. Small in size, easy to operate, flexible and quick to use, and can be operated inside a glove box.
