Product Overview

This equipment is widely used in various high-temperature coating research fields, suitable for the coating and drying of ceramic films, crystal films, 18650 battery material films and special nano-films. It can meet the technological development needs of future high-temperature film-forming processes with strong adaptability.

Functional Features

• Coating speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 0-100mm/s to meet the speed requirements of different coating processes.
• Equipped with a digital display temperature-controlled drying system, with intuitive and accurate temperature control, and the maximum working temperature can reach 150℃.
• The stroke can be flexibly adjusted between 10~800mm through the travel switch, suitable for coating substrates of different sizes.
• Equipped with a vacuum aluminum flat plate for quick placement and removal of substrates with convenient operation; equipped with an adjustable coater to meet diverse coating needs.
