Ultra-High Melting Point and High-Temperature Resistance

The melting point of tungsten is as high as 3422℃ (one of the metals with the highest melting point in nature), enabling Atmofair tungsten crucibles to work stably in a vacuum/inert gas environment below 2600℃. It is suitable for high-temperature scientific research scenarios exceeding 2000℃, such as sapphire single crystal growth and smelting of high-melting-point metals like titanium/zirconium.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Tungsten crucibles have excellent erosion resistance to rare earth metal melts, strong acids, strong alkalis, etc. They can maintain structural integrity under high-temperature chemical reactions or acid-base environments, reducing chemical reactions with melts and ensuring material purity. They are suitable for high-purity material preparation fields such as semiconductors and photovoltaics.

High Thermal Shock Stability

Tungsten has a low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal conductivity, allowing it to withstand rapid temperature changes from room temperature to above 2000℃ without easily cracking. It performs stably in high-temperature experiments and vacuum heat treatment.

Efficient Heat Transfer Performance

The thermal conductivity of tungsten is approximately 173W/m・K, which can quickly conduct heat in a high-temperature environment to achieve uniform temperature distribution. This helps improve crystal quality and melt consistency, while reducing thermal stress concentration and extending the service life of the crucible.
